Ryan has spent the last two and half years working in markets systems development with experience in Ghana, Uganda and Kenya. Prior to this, he completed his MA in Global Development Studies at Queen’s University, Canada. Ryan’s ideal day would involve fried food, microbrew, a good hike and some backgammon.

LARISSA GROSS - SENIOR STRATEGIST
Larissa has been working in market systems development in Kenya since June 2013 with previous experience with Engineers Without Borders (EWB) in Malawi. Before this she was a staff-member at EWB’s National Office on the Talent Team and completed her BEng in Sustainable and Renewable Energy at Carleton University, Canada. Larissa has infinite enthusiasm for info-graphics and accidental puns.
Experienced in: Coaching and collaborating with staff on how to translate the principles of market systems development into strategies and tactics.
CHRISTINE LIVET – SENIOR STRATEGIST
Christine has been with Pollen Group since September 2013, and has experience working in Nepal, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. She previously received her BA in International Development from the University of Ottawa, during which she spent a year and a half working with the Canadian International Development Agency. Christine enjoys thrilling mixes of 90′s hip hop and today’s hits.
Experienced in: Management reform in organizations to enable market systems development programming.
Raksha joined Pollen Group in September 2014 after two years working in the humanitarian sector in west Africa, Europe and the Middle East. She has also worked for a management consulting firm in Canada and a microfinance NGO in south Asia. Raksha has a Master’s in Development Studies and a Bachelor’s in Commerce. She is a big fan of live folk music, diaspora fiction, and hiking.
